Biography

Ronald Stone has been a trial attorney for more than 30 years, presently specializing in family law. He is a graduate of Bowdoin College (B.A. 1983) and the United States Army Officer Candidate School, where upon graduation in 1984, he became a commissioned officer. He attained the rank of Captain before his Honorable Discharge in 1993. Ron obtained his law degree from Northeastern University School of Law (J.D. 1990). He was admitted to the Maine Bar in October 1990 and to the Massachusetts Bar in January 1991. Mr. Stone has tried approximately 200 cases in the state trial courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the vast majority of which resulted in favorable outcomes for his clients. Mr. Stone firmly believes that in order to obtain an optimum result for his client, the two must work together as a team; the client must be involved in all aspects of the proceeding. Mr. Stone frequently meets/communicates with clients during the evening hours or on weekends to accommodate their busy work and personal schedules.
